Heads up, Felt Clubbers! On Monday, February 12, HGTV will be airing the first of two episodes of Uncommon Threads, a how-to needlecrafting show we taped with them last summer. The episode airing on Monday features Cynthia Combs, Shawnee Kornely, and Jenny Ryan. We'll be making sweets-themed tea time projects, including an adorable cherry pie placemat and a sugar cookie-shaped potholder. Unfortunately, Shawnee's amazing teapot cozy project was cut for time, but you can check out her hilarious cozies right here. We did tape a bit at the end which shows off the cozies, as well as one of Cynthia's table runners, but what made it into the final cut remains to be seen. So make sure you see it!



Please check your local listings to be sure about time and station...here in Los Angeles, the DIY Network has been airing repeats of the 2006 season, while HGTV is airing the new 2007 shows. This is a NEW 2007 show, Episode #230 (Sweet Tooth Tea Time). Don't miss it!

Just dropping a line to let everyone know that the gears are in motion for our 2007 show schedule. We receive several e-mails asking about this every single day, sorry we can't answer them all! But the short version is, YES there will be shows in 2007. We're planning to do a summer show and a holiday show this year (no more monthlies). We're nailing down the exact dates with the venue right now, but should have more info for you within a couple of weeks.
